Three businesses under one roof. A charming townhouse in the centre of Waidhofen an der Ybbs in Lower Austria houses a law firm, an insurance office and two modern furnished flats. Both flats are ideal as holiday homes, for working stays and short-term living. The illustration of the house serves as a visual fusion and logo for all three ventures. The law firm has its headquarters in Palais Königswarter on Kärntner Ring in Vienna’s 1st district. The palace was built in 1862 in the classical Ringstrasse style and is also reflected in the design.
